Chef Gunawan Wibisono began his successful career preparing and serving sushi at fastfood sushi counter Yanagi; gaining experience over a two-year period, he then started working at Kisso.
He achieved the top position at Kisso before accepting the honor of head chef at Iron Moto, in 2004. Being a head chef, his eagerness to learn, and expand his skills, was a driving force.

Wanting to build upon his talent and develop his established credentials, Mr. Wibisono took a position with Morimoto, early in 2004. Chef Wibisono’s talent flourished under the mentorship of illustrious Chef Morimoto and he swiftly climbed the ranks to be the 3rd sushi chef out of 10 in the popular restaurant.
Emboldened by his accomplishments, Chef Wibisono set up his own restaurant in 2006, a full dining restaurant serving contemporary Japanese cuisine. His inimitable style and inventive dishes have placed his restaurant as one of Singapore’s preferred Japanese restaurants.
His sushi formula involves a generous amount of Japanese products infused with his own novel touches. Without compromising on taste, Mr. Wibisono has developed his own creative interpretation of modern Japanese cuisine that is also wholesome at the same time. He also artfully combines a myriad of distinct flavours into a modern gastronomic symphony. Each dish is an innovative masterpiece, created with elegance, and true finesse.

Dyana Huang Holds a MBA in Finance Accounting from Lassale University Philadelphia USA before choosing to be a accompany of her CHEF husband to build their first Japanese Restaurant in Philadelphia USA back in 2005.

Through time, she has to picked up how to create wonderful dessert for their restaurant menu.
So she learnt from many different teachers and she tweaked it to be her own style.

She definitely baked for her family and her loved one so she is staying away 100% from any preservative and unneeded chemical including Cake softener, emulsifier, etc.

So Ordering cake or learning cake with her will always creating a delicious cake and its HEALTHY.


Since the 1st day she created her signature dessert, she never stopped.
Keep improving and learning from the masters, polishing her skill to present only the BEST is her passion in Life.
