WHY Hikaru?

Hikaru is where you want to dine if you want to enjoy a truly standard Japanese food, done in the right way with a special twist incorporating ingredients from many countries to make something EXCELENT and DELICIOUS.
Why?
  1. We only use premium and top quality ingredient.
  2. Some of our product in the menu can not be found in Indonesia. They have to directly import from japan.
  3. We have our standard and we don’t tolerate it for any reason.
  4. Preparing sashimi the right way:
  • Choosing the fresh fish
  • Treat and process the fish to remove its smell and slimy texture
  • Refrigerate for more than 4 days
  • Defrost the fish in a certain temperature to make sure the safety of the fish
  • Cleanness and skill in cutting the fish
  • EXTRAORDINARY SASHIMI as the final result

What is special about our sushi roll:

  • Made to perfection
  • The combination of ingredient even the simplest one will make you crave for more
  • The sushi rice is a very important key to contribute for overall taste in our sushi roll
  • We made our own soy sauce, pickle ginger, and other dressing
  • We don’t make our sushi roll too big or too small. Our concept is a one bite size so that we don’t need to struggle with the chewiness of the seaweed.
